西安交通大学第一附属医院涉外病房成立于2017年7月，作为西安交通大学第一附属医院重点打造的涉外高端医疗服务平台，依托一流的人才技术优势和先进的管理理念，专注于整合顶尖医疗和管理资源，汇聚医院最优秀的专家团队，为国内、国外高端人群提供优质高效的医疗保健、专业化的健康体检、健康评估、名医会诊、住院治疗和医疗绿色通道等服务于一体的符合国际化标准的高级健康管理服务。

涉外病房开放床位15张，年出院人数1000余人，年门诊量2500余人次。床位房间均配备温馨舒适的酒店式服务，不仅体现在舒适便捷的硬件环境上，更体现在满足患者个性化需求的服务理念中。

涉外病房服务对象以内科慢性病管理为主，包括心血管疾病、内分泌代谢性疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、慢性肾脏疾病等的诊治，以及肿瘤放化疗、外科手术术前准备和术后康复、住院体检等，并负责出院后患者的延续治疗并提供优质随访服务。在医护人员24小时精心服务的基础上，各项检查均提供陪检服务，并协调检验、检查绿色通道。同时，为满足住院疑难病患者诊疗的需求，涉外病房协调全院专家资源，开通多专科会诊服务(MDT)，提供综合性权威诊疗方案。

科室有2位硕士研究生导师，承担了西安交通大学医学部的硕士研究生培养工作，有3位医师获得全科及内科规培教学师资证书，科室做为内科及全科住院医师规范化培训基地，承担了相应的规培教学及考核工作。

涉外病房承担了陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省科技攻关项目、陕西省重大创新课题子课题、卫生部行业专项课题、西安交通大学重大教改项目、中华医学会科研专项基金、校级及院级基金多项，发表多篇SCI论文。获“中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文领跑者”称号。获得国家发明专利多项。

Introduction of International medical center

International medical center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University, which was established in July 2017, is a high-end foreign-related medical service platform. Relying on first-class personnel, technology and advanced management concepts, the ward integrates top medical and management resources and pooling the best medical team to provide advanced health management services including high-quality and efficient medical care, professional health examination, health assessment, consultation, hospitalization and medical green channel for domestic and foreign high-end.

The ward contains a total of 15 rooms, which accommodate about 1,000 in-patients and 2500 outpatient patients per year. All rooms are equipped with warm and comfortable hotel-like services. The ward not only provides a comfortable and convenient hardware environment, but also a special service concept to meet the individual needs of patients.

The service objects of the department are mainly chronic disease management including diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease, endocrine metabolic disease, respiratory disease, digestive disease, chronic kidney disease, etc., as well as tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy, preoperative surgery preparation and postoperative rehabilitation, hospital physical examination and responsible for continuing treatment of patients after discharge and providing high-quality follow-up services. On the basis of providing 24 hours of careful service, the medical staff also provides accompanying examination and coordinates the inspection green channels. At the same time, in order to meet the needs of hospitalized patients with difficult diseases, The international medical center coordinate the expert resources of the whole hospital to conduct Multi-Disciplinary team(MDT) consultation.

The department has two postgraduate tutors, who undertake the postgraduate training work of Medical College of Xi 'an Jiaotong University. In addition, 3 teachers have obtained certificate of qualified teaching staff. As a standardized training base for internal medicine and general medicine, the department undertakes corresp3onding training teaching and assessment work.

The department has undertaken Natural Science Funds of Shaanxi Province, Science and Technology Research Projects of Shaanxi Province, special research fund of Chinese Medical Association, Ministry of Health industry special project, sub-project of Major Innovation projects of Shaanxi Province, university-level and university-level funds, and published SCI papers as the first author and corresponding author. It was awarded the title of " the Frontrunner of Top Articles in Outstanding S&T Journal of China”，national invention patent was obtained.
